The application we use to connect remotely is secure, and is free for you to download.
Computer support outside of normal business hours is 1.5x the standard rate.

Just click on the button below. You'll save the application. (or call us and we'll help you through the process). The application will be in your downloads folder. Simply double click it to run. After installation is completed, minimize all windows and click on the icon to run it and let us know the 9-digit ID number and the password. That’s all you need to do!
